MAYA is an Erasmus+ project designed to support young women (aged 25–29) who are Not in Employment, Education, or Training (NEET). By using an innovative approach based on the Montessori method, the project enhances both emotional and professional skills to foster reintegration into the labor market and society.
- Objectives:
- 🎯 Support NEET women’s return to employment or education
- 💬 Strengthen emotional intelligence, confidence, and social inclusion
- 👩🏫 Deliver mentoring and curriculum based on the Montessori method
- 🌍 Promote inclusive education and lifelong learning
- The project also:
- Implementing an adapted Montessori-based educational methodology.
- Developing professional, social, and emotional competencies of young NEET women.
- Creating Open Educational Resources (OER) and interactive digital tools.
- Facilitating local and international workshops to ensure active participation and exchange of experiences.
- Strengthening the employability and social inclusion of young women through mentoring programs and collaborative educational activities.
