By the end of the MAYA project, we expect to deliver:
- Interactive Educational Platform: Online resources and tools accessible to youth workers and young adult NEET women.
- Curriculum and Mentoring Program: Structured training courses tailored specifically to enhance social, emotional, and professional competencies.
- Research and Reports: Comprehensive studies on barriers faced by NEET women, effectiveness of the Montessori-based approach, and recommendations for policy-makers and educators.
- Enhanced Employability: Increased employment opportunities and integration into the labor market for participating women.
