3 nd TPM Agenda – Innsbruck / Austria

The third TPM was organized by Compass in Vienna, Austria, and focused on the development of training and mentoring tools under Work Package 3 (MAYA Open Interactive Education Resources).

Partners presented the training curriculum “Montessori for Young NEET Adult Women”, shared experiences from their national contexts, and refined the design of mentoring and interactive educational resources. The meeting included in-depth sessions on pilot implementation planning, ensuring that the materials developed met the target group’s needs and the project’s pedagogical standards. Through interactive workshops and open discussions, partners exchanged good practices, identified areas for improvement, and strengthened the project’s innovative dimension. The meeting contributed greatly to the consistency and quality of the final educational outputs.
