Overview
Work Package 4 brings the MAYA Project to life through real-world application and experiential learning. It focuses on transferring the knowledge and tools developed in the earlier stages (WP2 and WP3) into practical activities that engage young NEET women, mentors, and educators in partner countries. WP4 creates spaces where theory becomes practice — where participants learn by doing, sharing, and reflecting.
This work package collects and documents the experiences, results, and good practices generated through pilot trainings, mentoring sessions, and community-based workshops. It ensures that all project outcomes are tested, validated, and refined through real participation.
Purpose and Impact
The main purpose of WP4 is to evaluate and demonstrate the effectiveness of the MAYA methodology in real learning environments.
By organizing local activities and collecting case studies, this work package contributes to improving adult education practices and promoting inclusion and empowerment through learning. It also supports the long-term sustainability of the project by transforming local experiences into transferable models and policy recommendations.
