WP4 brings the entire project to life through real-world implementation and experiential learning. It focuses on validating the curriculum and mentoring model by engaging NEET women in participatory activities across partner countries.
Scope and Methodology
The work package is designed to apply the theoretical and digital resources developed in earlier phases to practical, community-based learning environments. Partners organize local workshops, mentoring sessions, and pilot activities that blend personal growth, social interaction, and skills training. Data and feedback from these actions are systematically collected and analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of the MAYA model.
Key Activities
- Implementation of local pilot trainings, mentoring sessions, and focus groups.
- Documentation of case studies, highlighting diverse cultural and social contexts.
- Organization of local dissemination and evaluation events.
- Collection of qualitative and quantitative data on participant progress.
- Preparation of a Compendium of Best Practices and final evaluation report.
Expected Results
- Demonstrated impact of the MAYA learning model on NEET women’s confidence, motivation, and employability.
- A comprehensive collection of case studies and success stories for policy and practice transfer.
- Strengthened cooperation among educational institutions, local authorities, and community organizations.
The four work packages are complementary and sequential:
WP1 provides governance, coordination, and quality control.
WP2 establishes the educational and methodological foundation.
WP3 translates theory into tools and resources accessible to all.
WP4 validates and scales the model through real-world implementation.
Together, these components create a replicable European model for empowering NEET women through self-directed, Montessori-inspired learning — combining theory, practice, and social innovation into one coherent structure.
