WP3 transforms the educational and theoretical outputs of WP2 into practical, interactive, and openly accessible learning tools. It aims to make the MAYA methodology widely available to educators, mentors, and youth workers across Europe through a digital platform and open resources.
Scope and Methodology
This WP follows an inclusive digital design approach. The platform is built as an open-access environment combining mentoring, training, and reflection tools. The process involves iterative co-design with partners, testing of tools during pilot sessions, and integration of user feedback to ensure accessibility and pedagogical relevance.
Key Activities
- Design and development of the MAYA Digital Platform, hosting all educational content.
- Creation of the Mentoring Guide – a comprehensive reference for educators.
- Production of interactive resources and self-assessment tools (worksheets, videos, digital modules).
- Localization and translation of materials into all partner languages.
- Testing and feedback collection from mentors and learners.
Expected Results
- A functional, multilingual MAYA OER platform combining mentoring and experiential learning resources.
- A structured Mentoring Guide and Toolkit for trainers and educators.
