Overview
Work Package 3 focuses on turning the pedagogical and methodological results of WP2 into practical, digital, and open-access learning tools. It aims to create a comprehensive set of interactive educational resources—including a digital platform, mentoring materials, and multimedia tools—designed for educators, mentors, and young women participating in the MAYA Project.
These resources promote self-directed, experiential learning inspired by Montessori principles, making education more inclusive, flexible, and accessible. WP3 ensures that all tools developed are sustainable, multilingual, and freely available to the wider community.
Purpose and Impact
WP3 bridges research with real-world application by integrating mentoring, emotional learning, and digital innovation.
It empowers trainers and mentors to guide NEET women through structured yet personalized learning journeys.
Through open access and interactive design, the work package strengthens the digital transformation of adult education while maintaining the human-centered spirit of the Montessori method.
