4th Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) – Cerignola, Italy
The 4th Transnational Project Meeting of the MAYA Project was successfully held on 10–11 December 2025 in Cerignola, Italy, hosted by San Giuseppe ONLUS. This meeting represented a key milestone in the final phase of the project, focusing on the consolidation of outputs and preparation for sustainability and impact.
During the meeting, project partners reviewed the progress achieved under all work packages, with particular emphasis on the implementation and finalization of the MAYA Open Interactive Education Resources (OER) platform, mentoring programme, and training curriculum. The usability, accessibility, and dissemination potential of the digital tools were carefully evaluated.

In addition, partners presented the outcomes of local activities, workshops, and pilot implementations carried out in their respective countries. These sessions enabled a comparative analysis of results and facilitated the exchange of good practices, especially in relation to supporting young adult NEET women through innovative and inclusive learning approaches.
A significant part of the meeting was dedicated to the MAYA Actions and Experiences Collection, ensuring that case studies, field experiences, and impact stories were systematically compiled and prepared for final publication.
Furthermore, partners discussed the final conference planning, dissemination strategies, and long-term sustainability of the project results. Emphasis was placed on ensuring that the developed methodology and tools remain accessible and usable beyond the project lifetime.
The meeting also strengthened cooperation among partners and reinforced the shared commitment to promoting social inclusion, empowerment, and employability of disadvantaged young women across Europe.
