Turkey – Kick-off Meeting

The first Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) of the MAYA project was held in Turkey.

This meeting brought together all partners to align on the project’s overall objectives, work packages, and implementation timeline.
Key discussions focused on project management procedures, financial reporting, communication strategy, and quality assurance mechanisms.
The participants also explored the methodological framework for the Montessori-based approach and strategies for reaching the target group of young NEET women.

Selçuk University, as the coordinating institution, hosted the meeting and led the sessions dedicated to operational planning and task distribution among partners.
