2 nd TPM – Lisbon / Portugal

The second TPM took place in Amadora, Portugal, hosted by Amadora Inova. By this stage, the project had already produced the first preliminary results and methodological frameworks within Work Package 2 (Studies and Programs).

The meeting provided an opportunity for partners to evaluate the outcomes of the initial research phase, review progress, and discuss necessary adjustments to enhance quality and impact. Each organization presented its contributions and local activities. The group also worked on preparing the pilot testing stage and the upcoming training materials. The discussions were highly productive and reinforced the cooperative spirit among
partners. The meeting concluded with a shared action plan for the next phase, ensuring that all activities were aligned with the project’s goals.
